If anything, I'm just disappointed in how lame Ash's reaction was. It was a very stereotypical fuckboy reaction not at all like the cute excitable virgin he was in the movies. People keep saying the movies didn't count but if he never had a real kiss until now, why was he so calm about it like it wasn't his big first?
And even though it's not the first time he's been kissed, it's the first time it was on the lips. It's a goddamn anime, I wanted to see him reeling in happiness. The show is taking itself too seriously.
