My first shiny was a female Absol. I was MMing for a shiny to give to my best friend, as she had recently told me Absol was among her favorites, and was feeling sad at the moment, so I thought I would cheer her up if I got her one. The shiny Absol came out of the very first egg. I was nonplussed. She had a terrible nature, but I didn't give a fuck.
I named her Hope before trading her to my friend.
