Most Centers are pretty in their own ways, creative, bold, comfy, imposing, cold, warm, you name it. The Viridian Center is simply *elegant*.
Look at the glow leaking from below the red ball, and the lobby lights shining beneath the canopy.
The inside also features the iconic painting of the legendary birds, which at the time were so mysterious. It's also basically the setting in which the entire episode takes place which almost never happens in the anime. It's so good, it has its own episode!
