Kyogre, Groudon, Rayquaza, Swampert, Sceptile, Plusle, Minun and Jynx.
We have known this since July 2012 due to trademarks registered.
Pic related - note Venusaur and Swampert are not on the list as their trademarks expire 2019 and 2016 respectively.
