Tyranitar became shit as soon as Fairy types became a thing. It should honestly be UU but Tyranitarfags will continue to shit up their team for their bro.
Celebi is set up fodder, became useless with Knock off Buff, and using meme offensive sets are free wins for whoever you battle.
Skarmory is good, but no where near Garchomps viability and impact in every OU metagame. Ironically Garchomp is arguably a better Defensive pokemon than Skarmory
Jirachi is an extremely less effecient pokemon than Metagross, and now MMetagross. The only decent set is the parahax and that set should only be used on meme teams. Not in OU. .
