The games now are so fucking closed of of from you going of the beaten path that the gameboy games had more freedom. I have quit the series long ago but if they really wanted to win back some trust and good will from people than give their players more freedom and stop breathing down their neck with tutorials, linear hallways, long cutscenes and let the players do whatever the fuck they want. They don't spend 60 dollars on a game just to be told what not to do
