So, what is the team you can have in Sun/Moon that most resembles Blue's team (whichever starer you opt for replacing the Fire/Water/Grass alternative)?
I feel like Wishiwashi is a good surrogate for Gyarados (weak fish that turns strong).
Alolan Exeggutor is as good a replacement as any for Blue's.
Fire I think either Magmortar or Salazzle, one of the Volcano pokemon
I'm not sure who to replace for Pidgeot, Alakazam, or Rhydon though (likely won't be the same types but still in keeping with some theme or another)
