>>28024292I enjoyed them, but they're one of the weaker entries in the series. If you didn't get into XY they're not going to do much to change that, though they do have a more entertaining evil team to fight in either version, contests and secret bases which are all nice.
If you can get a cheap second hand copy I'd go for it, otherwise it may not be worthwhile.
Sapphire is more fun.
