>>38605670hmm, well, since i prefer living in secluded areas, i doubt i'd have many real neighbors; the closest ones would most likely be too far away to be considered as such. in addition to that, i actually haven't given it much thought, but for the sake of keeping discussion moving along nicely, i'll see what i can come up with.
>Describe some of your neighbors in the Pokémon world.the Pokémon located nearest to my lakeside house is a Noctowl who lives in a tree house in the forest on the other end of the lake. He seems to be a bit of a busy fellow, and we've only exchanged anecdotes about our travels the few times we've met each other.
in the forest, there's a long, winding footpath that leads to a small village of Pokémon who run all different types of shops. there's an Audino shopkeep and her helper, a young female Vulpix, who used to be an orphan; until Audino gave her another chance at having a life. they specialize in distributing medicinal items and rejuvenating foods and beverages: herbs, homemade potions, berry juices, and the like. both of them have the tendency to be a bit clumsy and scatter-brained, but they definitely know what they're talking about when it comes to their medical supplies.
the next shop is just to the right of the aforementioned one: an Excadrill, who i often aid in running his shop when we're in town. you see; he's a friend of mine who also has a thing for digging up artifacts. when it comes to the excavation part of the job, he's the one doing most of the busywork, while i do the bartering once we've found something profitable. it can take some time, and we often have to travel farther away from home than we should, but it's worth it. especially when we find interesting things to keep for ourselves!
(i feel like i'm making mistakes here but nevertheless this is a pretty fun exercise to get those creative juices flowing. thanks for the nice prompt! i nearly hit the word limit, so i might go into more detail in my next post.)
