>>56002421>Ogerpon's trainer was alive before the mask incident and he wasn't after. Ogerpon is pissed at Pecharunt. Nobody is denying this.
>If you couldn't come to that conclusion on your own then that is a personal problem Your initial interpretation was that Ogerpon's friend was murdered first then robbed. That is never implied in any way during the story.
>willingly mislead the audienceWhether it was a premeditated attack or the result of the ensuing scuffle is not relevant. They still kill a guy for protecting his property.
>This backstory is intended to muddy the morality of the mask incident, to call into question Ogerpon's anger towards Pecharunt and his groupThe backstory is intended to provide the final piece of the puzzle by showing the perspective of the third party involved in the Kitakami arc, that of the villains. The video - if it wasn't abundantly obvious - is from Pecharunt's own POV. There's a clearly biased narrator offering direct insight into Pecharunt's train of thought and despite this, you still see him engaging in truly indefensible acts, having zero qualms about stealing, etc. You think that because he's portrayed as a child and an idiot that absolves him of all sin and the story somehow vindicates him which is not the case. You, as a viewer, understand that Ogerpon is righteous in her revenge. This is never called into question.
>enforce TPC's policyYou keep griping about this yet so far have failed to provide any sort of evidence of it being the reason behind Pecha's backstory or it even existing at all. For all you know this is another Mario mandate boogeyman with no basis in reality. Pokemon are portrayed as evil all the time in spinoffs, anime, etc. Even if this is about species and not individuals (which is idiotic since the Pecharunt in the story is as much of an individual as Ogerpon or the Loyal Three or your bike, we hardly know anything about the Pokemon that doesn't come from this specific instance of the species)
