looooong stretch between Viola and Grant, but an enjoyable road. I figured 'what the hell' and caught Snorlax since my route 7 encounter is always shit (It would've been Smeargle btw) His defense is laughable low so it isn't completely easy mode (lie). Boxed Vivillon because compound eyes doesnt help if all those powder moves are locked behind the move relearner. Really pushing me for Butterfree, Kalos.
The only scary part that happened during said journey was Serena throwing fodder to a Flare Grunt, letting it moxie up twice. Papipan barely hung on.
>GrantGrenou uses water Pulse which does exactly 50%, but gets T-Waved in return. Grenou takes an Aurora Beam and gets full Para'd. Grenou takes another Aurora beam, but now connects Water Pulse and kills Amaura. I send in Ronf on a Bite from Tyrunt. Ronf is a ballsy mofo and yawns in his face. I send in Floriza on another Bite and tyrunt falsl asleep. Floriza seeds and so beings the war of attrition. Flo constantly outspeeds so basically gets back to full due to Leech Seed and puts tyrunt back to sleep when it wakes up. Razor Leaf doesn't do much. Then on the 3rd to last turn, Tyrunt finally goes for Rock Tomb and now tyrunt outspeeds. Barely living on 6hp, Flo cosby's Tyrunt again and Leech Seed finishes it off.
Accidentally went into the yellow flowers on route 10, cursing me with a houndour instead of the basically guaranteed Hawlucha. Sad! I did want to try Houndour, but boxing my only Kalos mon feels weird. Up next; The wobbuffet caves!
