It drops the rooster crest in favour of a V, it doesnt have a beak so much as it has a face-mounted maw that isn't distinct from the rest of its face (and isn't particularly beak-shaped) and it has some weird metalhead hair going on at the back. As I said, with no name and no relations, you would never guess it was supposed to be a chicken. I'm sorry, you just wouldn't. The features are too generally avian, they are not chicken features, and this is made all the more obvious because it actually LOST chicken features its previous evolutions did have.
Combusken is a great example of how to make a Pokemon that looks exactly like a combination of a chicken and a kickboxer. Blaziken isn't.
