I mean, it's understandable Razor Shell would be less reliable compared to Waterfall and Aqua Tail as it's a move Oshawott would learn during the early part of the game, but they couldn't be assed to give us an initiative to even use it competitively when it is what defines the evolution line? At the very least, signature moves for future starters are becoming less gimmicky...
