>>51740083>>51740121I bothered to look this up and anon wasn't bullshitting.
>Also, yeah, LIZARGUN is totally a thing.>This internal spreadsheet of Pokedex information includes exactly one Pokemon that isn't in the final games. Its name, Lizargun or Lizargan is clearly a reference to Charmeleon (Lizard) and Charizard (Lizardon).>Like both, it's known as the Flame pokemon. More bafflingly, it has the "COMP" form, which is shared only by Pokemon that consist of combined things: Dugtrio, Magneton, Exeggcute, Weezing, Metagross, Combee, Cherubi, and Probopass*.>All other data seems to be placeholder. The person who put this out did make a big misunderstanding though:
>I have absolutely no explanation for this. I find it hard to believe that "multiple charizards/charmeleons combine to form a big gun" was under serious consideration as a Pokemon, but what else could this be?The name's in Japanese, so you can just look it up and "gun" (軍) (Pronounced more like "Goon") means "Army." So it's "Lizar Army," which is definitely a believable name for a comp Pokemon of Charmeleon akin to Magneton or Dugtrio.
