Personally I prefer the ones that have a unique look than the similar looking ones that get slapped on most of the Eeveelutions, such as the Ninja Umbreon or Noble/Vampire style Umbreon.
Fun Fact: You are actually selecting a different Pokemon when you change their outfits, it's not just the same Pokemon wearing different clothes. I noticed that at the start of a match before they have evolved from a Eevee, their tail pattern that indicates if they are a male or female changes depending which costume you pick.
Also I find it weird how all the Eeveelutions are in the game by now EXCEPT any from Gen1.
