Arbok. It's already extremely cool with its deisgn while not being overly edgy. It's stats are absolutely garbage though, and it really should get something interesting. A regional form won't help it with such shit stats, and it should get an evolution. There's no need for something dramatic like a dragon evolution, but something like giving it steel scales and making it Poison/Steel would be interesting.
