But Torterra is the coolest when it comes to concept. They took a legendary-esque idea and made it an evo line out of it instead.
Worst: Emboar. Cool shiny but thats it. Redundant design + repulsive to the eyes. I feel like saying Typhlosion too, but it only suffers from under design + being treated like a wingless Charizard
