Like say, I can see some pokehumans pulling stuff like pic related if trained enough since some battles happen at stupidly high speeds, but reacting to something 3-4 times the speed of sound is ridiculous.
But then again, Ash and Pikachu have reacted to natural lightning from sky to earth...
