>>41686934You know, he can still be on the bed. He doesn't NEED to specifically be on his back, just let him recline on his side like someone on a couch, with one hand supporting his head. That way he can maintain much needed eye contact with the viewer while touching himself with his other hand. Besides, plenty of artists haven't been dissuaded by such issues before, and even if you do draw him on his back, that just gives you the opportunity to follow it up with a humorous half-sketch of him asking the viewer to help him up or something.
Never be afraid to think outside the box.
