You guys know there's a reason people love pokemon, right? There are good games in there. Some romhacks can be pretty fun, but the majority fall short. Clover is quite good, but as a pokemon experience, it just doesn't compare to a solid pokemon game (gen 3-5 mostly) with a good enhancement romhack. Yes, it is less effort to make something good into something great, than to make something mediocre from scratch. That's just how it is. Not sure how the praise should be distributed, but the great thing is great, and the mediocre thing is mediocre.
Drayano has massively increased the enjoyment I get from my pokemon playthroughs, and I don't really care the amount of work or lack of thereof is needed. Clearly he has the right approach.
