I think I finally figured out when to call Black Belt Kenji (route 45) in HG/SS. There is very little info about him online.
You can call him and battle him every tuesdays and wednesdays between 10am and 12am (perhaps it goes up to 1pm, not sure). You can only battle him once per day
You earn a PP UP every time, so you can get 2 easy PP UPs per week.
Now I wonder if there are more "hidden" rematches that give out good stuff.
