I'd like to live in Kanto. I like the 4 Japan based regions and Kanto seems like the best fit for me out of those.
More specifically, Cerulean City, which is to Saffron city like upper New York state is to Manhattan. Cerulean is quiet, but there's good infrastructure and facilities. The city is pretty, high income, and close enough to the big city (for work, shopping, entertainment, etc) while still being surrounded by nature.
It's absolutely the best place in Kanto. Easy access to Johto, too. Not humid like Vermillion, not isolated and dusty like Pewter, etc.
