Sometimes I feel like Delcatty belongs to Gen 2 because of those awful meme spreads, in fact it was recycled from Gen 2 beta designs, like that bell tail Dark type cat, but why keeping the damn shit stat spreads of Gen 2 in Gen 3 games?
