Why Koga? Because he's such a unique opponent. Literally every single other E4 member just tries to brute force through your team while Koga has his own way. He's what many people would call a "dirty" player, relying on indirect damage, stall and hax (Spikes, Toxic, Double Team, Minimize, Confuse Ray). This makes him a very memorable opponent on top of all the other stuff, such as:
>The first Gym Leader to become E4 member
>The only Poison-type E4 member, which differentiates him from the usual Ghost/Psychic/Dark/Fighting/Dragon shit that we see in every single Generation
>Uses my favorite Pokemon Forretress even though it isn't even Poison-type
>Those kickass poses in all of his battle sprites
Seriously, you can go fuck yourself if you don't like based Koga.
