I see it as compliment since the lora was exclusively trained on overwatch porn lol. The 3D effect is weaker for 2D characters and even more so if they have clothes on.
I wish there were more non-porn resources, but overwatch stuff is the only readily-available 3D style that i like, other 3D style loras are too exagerated imo.

Oh yeah, i'm surprised the whole DeepFake hysteria died down in the media, it should be way more relevant now.
The most questionable LoRAs i've seen so far (besides the tons of celebrities ones) were one for the prophet mohammed (lol) and one that featured Xi Jinping licking a toilet. The Xi one actually had even worse reviews than the mohammed one and got taken down fast while the mohammed one is still up iirc.
There's probably some realistic child/CP models out in the wild too but these are already not allowed on any AI sites.

try adding [(hands:1.25): (detailed fingers:1.2):10] to the positive prompt. It usually improves the hands but will also encourage the AI to make them more prominent in the image.
