You can choose whatever move that is known to exist in Pokemon Multiverses up to Gen 9. Base Power, PP and additional effects are the same as you remember. You will also acquire Pokemon-like stats but your Level will start at 5. You can distribute 500 BST of your own liking across your stats. You can also catch your own Pokemon as usual later but that's not the point right now.
