The dex says Primarina's height is 6 feet, but is that measured from the head to the tip of the tail, or head to waist? I'm pretty sure it's head to tail, and I think that's closer to how it looks in-game, but head to waist would measure it in its natural default pose, where it's partly lying down. Also, I keep seeing art like pic related, where it looks like the artist interprets the 6 feet as being from head to waist.
