You use it after your dragons and other strong Pokemon have whittled down the opposing team. With Rock damage, and previous other mon damage, Greninja easily cleans with Omni-Stab and life orb and an insane base 122 speed. By the time the match is closing, nothing will stop Greninja from shitting over your remaining Pokemon.
Grass Knot, Ice Beam, and Surf/Hydro Pump guarantee neutral damage on anything.
Get your head out of your ass.
