>>50140220Probably never bothered with developing laws necessitating them for car designers since cars are inferior to riding Pokemon (who don't have seat belts for obvious reasons) anyway, that said we do know that Alolan Ride Pokémon demand helmets so there is probably some safety regulations depending on region, but Cars are lkely low on the risk due honestly seeming very niche.
