But I'm not sure about the dimensions. 25 ft. may be too small of a radius, depending on how many rooms we need to fit in. And 10 ft. ceilings will be really high since a lot of us are only 1-3 ft. tall.
Also, I think I said in my stories that the library and storeroom are on the same floor, so maybe we should move the storeroom up a floor and put the library there too.
And I think the treasury should be moved to a more secure spot. Here, a Pokemon could walk right up to the outside wall at ground level, then drill or cut into the exterior wall and break right in. Maybe we can move it up one floor and put it more in the middle of the building. Putting it on the dorm floor may be good, since then there's a risk that the thieves will be discovered by the guild members.
Anyway, I revised my previous concept, and tried to make it mesh with yours by moving the staircase to the middle and adding the side structure.
