I'm debating pushing my bedtime back a bit starting tomorrow even.
Tuesday and today both had longer than average falling asleep times even though I was asleep prior to that. Today especially said I was awake almost 2 and a half hours for some reason.
My average pushes closer to 7 a night up from 5 1/2 to 6.
