It's a shame too because Fire Starter Base Forms tend to be great, but their final evos tend to be either shit or just bland. Water starters have duds like Samurott and Blastoise but everything else is either good or awesome. Swampert the GOAT. Grass highs are insanely high like Torterra and Venusaur, but its lows are completely awful, like Meganium and most of the recent grass starters.
