i'm probably wrong, but 209-214 are the line that replaces eevee. It's a concept similar to Yolkid line in Pokémon Vega: small mon full of potential with evolutions that are radically diferent from each other, but share a theme. Seeing 209 now, it kinda looks like a fish, so i think it is a fish walking on land that evolves (literally and figurativally) into different classes of animals, 210 is a anfibian, 211 is a reptile, 212 is a bird, 213 is an arthropod maybe and 214 is a mammalian. Also i can see 215 being involved in this by being the primate evo, representating humans.
