To even go ahead and salvage this shit you'd need to completely redo the maps so they're not a popout book block style to make a good Kanto that isn't using 20+ years old maps. I think the effort you'd need to do that in this engine is too much. Can you even control the camera with a second analog stick in LGPE, that would hold it back massively, I can't recall any footage with different camera angles.
