I personally have not been told to focus on ice mountains, and if I had I would have responded asking for more specific requests, because as I have said before it is easier for me to have a set goal in mind. Were I just to focus on "snow and the like" I would be less productive then say "pine trees, snow piles, and icicles" which I could just knock out one by one.
Whoever is making furniture is a different person, and maybe he's the one you've been hounding to make terrain. Although I think that anon might also be the one working on the pokecenter and market, doing base stuff in the down time. Though perhaps not.
But I was told we needed an oil rig, so that's what I've been doing.
