There used to be discussion that regular scizor outclassed Mega Scizor, since RScizor could use a choice band, leftovers, life orb, even assault vest if they wanted bulkier. If that's changed, cool, competitive pokemon changes no one should be surprised. Just means I'm not absorbing down every drop of information when they release it, which is okay because really I only play challenge cup and NU.
