Go to the zone you want, set a timer 5 minutes, after 5 minutes have passed, check map, if it hasn't spawn, wait another 5, check every 5 minutes for 15 minutes, still no spawn, to jubilife and back, rinse and repeat.
You need to have something else to do on the side while you wait, doing anything like battling/catching Pokemon, just playing the game seems to fuck with it spawning. It feels like it rolls whether it spawns every 5 minutes, and it feels like it's a 50-50. I don't know the data.
That said could someone please tell me if Alpha fossil mon are possible? I have not seen 1 image of someone finding them. I've done about 30+ space-time distortions, completing the Pokedex, but have not seen any of the static spawns (Hisui starters, fossils, etc) spawn as alpha.
