The cat is furrybait jobmon trash and literally retreading the same concept as Delphox. And while you could say that duck is water Blaziken, water Blaziken would actually be pretty different and cool. Grass Delphox is not different and cool, it's not even a special attacker so how is it a magician? It's just for poke fuckers and probably, less cynically, for actual unironic little girls to enjoy maybe.
