I felt like Foliat needed some help. There's minor adjustments, but I think they work better thematically and in gameplay. Also added egg/tutor moves
A common theme was that this line couldn't use their wings as their wings are too frail being hummingbirds, and I thought that was a really good idea+general consensus so I kept that going. I feel like Foliat, lacking its flying-type, can't utilize wind-based moves like Florabri and Florresum can, so I changed the moveset to reflect that. So onto the actual changes:
>Levels for things slightly adjusted
>Mega Drain replaced with Magical Leaf/Leaf Tornado
>Pluck (Florabi/Florresum) replaced with Air Cutter
>Drill Peck replaced Foliat's Air Slash
>Removed Absorb from Florabri and Florresum's starting moves
>Gust (Level 6, Florabri/Florresum) replaced with Peck
>Removed Torment from TM list (not sure why it was there, doesn't make a lot of sense), added U-turn
Mega Drain was awful (40BP grass in the mid-20's?). Leaf Tornado is a cool move and fits into the whole "wind" thing so I gave it to the evos. Foliat was giving Magical Leaf because of the no wind thing. As a primarily special attacker, I thought Air Cutter would be better than pluck and still work thematically, while not being as strong as Air Slash. Foliat still has pluck though because wind. Drill Peck replaced Air Slash because wind. For egg moves I needed to consider more what Foliat could learn than Florresum (as the baby needs to know it since it's an egg move), so it's more grass-oriented, but with a few flying things. TM's/HM's/Tutors are pretty straightforward. I can also add Worry Seed to the Egg list but I don't want to check all of the grass egg group to see who can learn it right now, I can do that tomorrow though.
