>How do you think the Clover Guild handle Exploration Team ranks?Well, being part of an only guild-affiliated team I suppose I would be a bit of an outside view here, but I would imagine it would be based similar to how the game ranks are in the sense of meritocratic in function. In theory at least, I rather carry the headcanon that things in actual practice would function quite a bit differently in relation to how the games handle things even just like mystery dungeons, so it wouldn't be so straight-forward, easy, or cheese-able as it is in the games. You'd have to put in much more serious work to earn those ranks!
I also think it might be split off based on what your team does as well, for example if you're more of a team that goes after outlaws, or does mostly rescue requests, or in my case exploration (trade routes are more of a personal project if anything. Mapping the world and dungeons out seems a lot more "PMD Guild" oriented).
>How many ranks are there? As many as is needed I suppose. Could probably create additional ranks if needed for those that particularly excel.
>What factor(s) should determine which rank you are in the guild?Much of what I mentioned above, and for the guild in particular I suppose how long you've been with the guild would be taken into account as well. I'm just wary of encroaching nepotism or something in that sort of thing.
>Using your 'ranking system' what rank would your team be?Shit probably pretty low because I have yet to write additional stories in full kek. Mostly just the intro story, a few blurbs and excerpts, and laying out how they'd function or what they'd do lol.
