How we should approach these birds is another deal. Huge elemental birds were done before. Since these gods are associated with the human world, make them humanesque? Manshaped figures with bird/element motifs?
Three sets of legendaries for the Human World, Physical World and Sacred World would be interesting, though not all of them should be trios. Bunjil, Crow and Bellin Bellin would be great for either the Human or Physical World.
