Design looks less like a Pokémon and more like something from Shin Megami Tensei - i.e. alien and disturbing. Arceus's rear limbs and tail disappear, and its ring grows into an elaborate eight-pointed halo attached to its back. It also grows a large number of slender humanlike arms, and possibly a human nose and mouth. Its "hair" points upwards and changes shape to resemble a bishop's mitre.
