Half of these ideas are typical "possible open worldish Pokemon" stuff people have discussed for years. Others are just flat out terrible.
For example, the gym leader. Aside from.him making a gay gym leader, the whole purpose of gyms from a game design standpoint is to teach the player about type match ups since memorizing the 18 types and how they work and what Pokemon they are at once is daunting to new players. If you want to scrap it because you think it's tired and overdone fine but this dumb "gimmick gyms" is just retarded and would get repetitive quick once you know the trick. Also a baby gym is this nigga serious?
