Emily being the aloof, deadpan girl while Mari is a bit of a bubbly, airheaded ditz who simply adores her strong 'little' sister and all the amazing stuff she's done along with just being under a similar notion of forgetting how they got attached to each other but not caring about that as they continue to care about each other going forward into the future. Emily puts up with a ton of shit she never would for ALMOST anyone else for Mari's sake and exerts a higher than normal level of patience cause it makes Mari happy and Mari simply knows it doesn't truly bug Emily when the two more privately confide in one another and have their own cuddle moments. Emily likes Mari simply out of unconditional sibling-esque love. They're more like normal sisters of the "don't hate each other's fucking guts" variety.
Emily and Arai are both combative girls that enjoy fighting and both have a similar condition surrounding Infinity Energy. But Arai applies that Infinity Energy into her mechanical limbs and prefers doing all her own fighting. Emily and Arai consider each other equals, even if Arai usually refers to Emily as the leader and defers to her judgement more often than not. They're also maybe the closest thing to rivals either girl would likely ever have. Though it's more cooperative than anything else akin to Geto and Gojo during Hidden Inventory and the two occasionally spar against each other, talk shit to each other and do all the usual competitive natured shit. Emily likes Arai cause she shares a similar interest in fighting, improvement and just overall being on the same wavelength about lots of shit. Emily and Arai are like battle-sisters of sorts.
