I decided to use Lucy, because Eviolite Mudbray just eats Olivia alive.

Lucy hits it with Bulldoze, and takes minimal damage from Rock Slide, and Stamina makes sure it will take even less damage later on.
High Horsepower finishes off Nosepass.

Bulldoze does a bit less than I thought, but Boldore's Headbutt doesn't do much, and Lucy grows even tankier.
High Horsepower puts Boldore into the red, and it buffs Lucy's defenses even further with Headbutt.
Olivia uses a Super Potion as another Horsepower slams her Boldore. One more, and it is down.
