If you're playing Noivern BREAK you should be playing at least 1 Judge if not more for obvious synergy. Cut the random Flare Grunt and put in a judge.
Cut at least 2-3 of each basic energy and a prof's letter. DDE should be your main energy source and you can pretty much use anything for the last attach you need after that. I've played it with baby yveltal to recycle dark energy plus a single psychic energy just in case. Experiment with that.
Play 4 VS seeker. Hopefully I don't have to explain why. Get rid of skates for them.
Cut an espurr or add a meowstic. 2-1 evo lines are just silly. Level ball searches this line as well as noibat so consider adding 1 or 2 of those along with 2 more ultra ball.
If there's space left over after all that add some trainers mails or whatever and consider a float stone maybe.
