Also found out route 4 has Dratini, after I caught a Marill. On the plus side Misty is a Ghost gym (1 2 3 3 is in good shape) and Torchic was my Mt. Moon catch. Have a Spoink in the box, and killed the Azurill on Route 25, not worth catching.
