horsea is based on a sea-horse, but its still the females that lay eggs. not that it matters, mameels can be omnivores, carnivores and even herbivores... most ballerinas i know of are mammels btw but that doesn't prove anything.
so how do gardevoirs feed their babies?
photosynthesis and leave them out in the sun with water?
