I keep seeing people saying it is a single stage mon but to me it seems like a Cinccino type 2-stage with a smaller but still cute first form we haven't seen yet.
Tried to make something on my own but all I got is MS Paint.

I imagine the biggest thing for a prevo of Alcremie would be that it wouldn't have a fully formed body, smaller "hair" and only one strawberry.

I'm thinking evolution.

I bet the first form will look more like just a small head/slime made from whipped cream with one berry, then it evolves into qt waifu whipped cream slime with two berries.
Something like pic related. Maybe a real artist can make a better rendition not in MS Paint.
