If you want to buy the game, that's fine -- and obviously the retards wailing about "voting with your dollar" are also incredibly delusional and hysterical -- but you don't need to barter your decision through some byzantine web of rationalizations.
You like Pokémon enough to buy the games, even in spite of three generations of declining quality. That's fine, whatever. Just don't pretend "whoa, no way, you can breed egg moves within the same species now!?" was the determining factor here.
